The AI is trained on the Final Expense buyer persona: ages 50 to 80, price-sensitive, often wanting to involve a spouse or adult child before deciding. What happens when a lead says STOP or asks to be removed?

Instantly blocked. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and equivalent phrases trigger immediate revocation of consent for that channel. The event is logged in the consent ledger with a timestamp. No confirmation text is sent back (sending more messages after a STOP is itself a TCPA violation). The lead is never contacted on that channel again unless they re-consent.
